What is the Lead Time for Tenant Storage Lockers?
Tenant & Bike Storage Lockers can ship from our factory in as little as 2 weeks from order.
We are however fortunate to always be busy so it’s important to get your project on our production schedule as early as possible.
Do You Carry Inventory?
We do not keep a large inventory. That’s because we supply Made-To-Order Lockers that are tailored to your project’s individual needs.
Why buy Stock when you can have Custom for the same price?
Is Hardware Included?
Yes. All the screws, pinbolts, hasps and hinges you will need are included + a few extras.
Do You Install the Lockers?
No. Our whole business is about making lockers that are easy for you to install yourself.
Our lockers can also be installed by tradespeople like carpenters, fencers, strata service techs, handymen and similarly skilled workers.
How Does Shipping Work?
Once we make your lockers, the next task is to get them to you. There are typically 2 options:
- You Pick Them Up.
- We Ship Them To You.
Lockers are generally shipped by truck and depending on your project, may include multiple truckloads. To give you an an idea, an order of 100 – 4′ x 6′ storage lockers with ceiling and transom ships as 12 pallets at 48″ wide x 84″ long x 48″ tall. Approximately 13,000 pounds in 1.5 truck loads.
Delivery to site will normally be coordinated in advance. These are big, heavy pallets so you need to have a forklift, zoom-boom or similar to help with the unload and move-in. If you don’t have these, we can ship on a truck using a power liftgate. Once delivered to ground, moving the materials into the building is left to the the site to coordinate.
What Colour are the Lockers?
The standard colour for our bike and storage lockers is RAL7037 , a medium grey.
We chose this architecturally specified colour to minimize the appearance of scratches and dust.
Can You Provide a Custom Colour?
No problem beyond a 15% surcharge required to cover our added cost for this customization.
Recommended alternate colours are Silver, Black, Blue, Red and a medium grey.
Do You Work with Stratas?
Absolutely. Our product is an ideal way to add lockers to your building.
So that we can provide an accurate consultation, we’re going to need an accurate drawing of the room / area in question.
We also want to know either how many lockers you need, or the size of the lockers you want.
Can Tenant Storage Lockers be Installed Outside?
Our Lockers are intended for interior use only. For exterior use, look for a locker with a galvanized finish (we don’t sell these).
Can You Make a Custom Locker Design?
Maybe … But it depends.
The best thing to do is to send us a drawing. If we can make it, we will. If we can’t, we’ll try our best to help.
Can I Buy a Locker for My House?
We Truly Appreciate your interest … but Sorry … we are not able to sell to individual consumers. That’s because our insurance limits us to working only with commercial clients.
The good news is that you’re not stuck: There are several online vendors who specialize in serving private consumers.
