Laser Cutting Services.
As part of the investment in our own production facilities, we run 2 x 3kw fiber laser cutting machines. Each equipped with a 5′ x 10′ table, we run mild steel up to 1/4″ and stainless up to 1/8″.
With a modern controller running the latest software, we’re able to achieve tight nesting and maintain total control of the cut cycle. And with 2 laser heads, we have more throughput than a single high-speed machine using an exchange table. Running it all, our lead operator is easily one of the best in the city.
