An industry-first, this end-to-end system assists with all aspects of your locker project. We use it to:
- Communicate with the client to propose and agree on floor plans
- Gather as-built measurements + notes on site conditions
- Make your lockers to-order using our digital laser cutters
- Track every part from pre-production thru packaging
- Provide locker-by-locker installation instructions
Initial Consultation
Our goal is to supply you with the best lockers, at the right time and at the right price. To do so, we begin with asking some basic questions:
- Do you have drawings?
- When do you need the lockers?
- How high are the sprinklers above the floor?
- Is this new construction, a strata, or a tenant improvement?
Proposal & Quotation
Once we understand your requirement, we’ll perform a careful takeoff from your drawings and then forward our initial proposal for your review.

Site Confirmation
We all know there can be a difference between the drawings and the as-built. Maybe not by much, but it happens.
If you’re installing these lockers yourself, we’ll need to ask about any obstructions + confirm the room’s as-built dimensions.
Our Site Confirmation tool makes this easy by providing a simple on-line tool where your can review our questions and reply within a simple web-based tool.
3D Shop Drawings.
With your architectural drawings and as-built measurements in-hand, we now have everything we need to submit 3D Shop Drawings
Shop Drawings are submitted in 3D using a web-based viewer. Containing all the information about your project down to how many screws each locker will require, this tool simplifies review and 2-way feedback.
Importantly, this file can be saved or printed for your future reference.
Laser-Based Production
Software is cool, but making stuff out of metal is what we do best.
Accordingly, our factory and production system has been optimized to make what we think is the best wire mesh locker in the condo storage locker industry.
Starting with a flat sheet of 12-gauge steel, our production team will laser cut, precision bend, laser weld, powder coat and package your order about a week before it is expected to ship.
Packaging
A typical order will have multiple crates. For example, a shipment of 50 lockers sized 4′ wide x 6′ deep x 7′ tall + transom will ship on 7 skids and weigh 7,250 lbs.
Locker components are securely packed onto strong wooden skids. All of the locker doors will be packed together in one crate. Another crate will have all the wall panels etc. All crates are then wrapped in plastic to protect against weather in transit.
Shipping
What transport method we choose depends on where your project is located.
Projects in BC and Alberta ship by truck.
Projects in Ontario however will travel by train to Ontario and then transfer to a local truck for last-mile delivery. It’s he same way anything you buy in Toronto that was made in China got there.
Locker skids are heavy, so it’s important to have a forklift / similar on site to receive the shipment.

2-Year Warranty
As we’ve said before, we make a great locker !
It’s therefore no problem to stand behind our products with a 2-Year Warranty.
You won’t need it though. Canada Lockers are made to last for decades.
